An increasingly important aspect of our work is our volunteer programme. We recruit volunteers with specific skills, creative individuals who are encouraged to be involved at every stage of the programme - designing workshops and organising and running sessions. Informal training is given in working methods.

The volunteer programme aims to build working teams, made up of local people and supported by specialist workers from the UK - groups of creative practitioners who are able to run and deliver educational, creative programmes within their own area. Local co-workers will be paid a salary as and when funding permits.

Accountability is essential to the work and donated funds are strictly accounted for. Reports will be given to donors, individually and via the web site. We are keen to build long term, sustainable relationships, both in terms of overseas projects and donors.
